As luck would have it, Ranma and Akane got caught up in Jadeite's war against the Senshi. It was found that a red-haired girl was once Sailor Sun and Ranko found that being a Senshi was more than she bargained for.

After their return to Earth, Ranma and Akane reflect on all the things that had happened to them. Sailor Sun had finally rescued Akane from Jadeite's energy farm and the pair were stranded in the barren wasteland outside of the demon city. The two learned to work past their stubborness and denial of their true feelings for each other so they could survive on a world where everything wanted them dead, or worse.
